Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania – Suite 104

• First-Time Home Buyer Program – Gets participants financially prepared to buy a home and connect them with down payment assistance funds.
• Homeownership Success Program – We share strategies for homeowners to maintain the affordability of their homes. The workshop covers escrow management, equity, and home repair assistance.
• Foreclosure Prevention – Our counselors review retention options, analyze the household budget, and advocate on behalf of our clients in mediation.
• Will Workshops – Prepares attendees to draft estate planning documents. Attendees may be eligible to draft a will for free!

Family Self-Sufficiency Program – Connects families to permanent housing, living-wage employment, and post-secondary education

Employment Services – Prepares and connects people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to employment.

Academy – An 8-week course that will prepare you to pass the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam, a requirement to work as a housing counselor.
