Professional Experience

I have been working in the housing counseling field for approximately 15 years, 10 of those years have been with Ahcopa. Prior to counseling, I worked for the U.S. Government for a few years as a customer service representative for the Internal Revenune service. I have always since my work career began, worked in some sort of customer service capacity, which is why CSR is so important to me that the clients are made to feel that they are important and that their situations matter to me as much as it matters to them.

Why This Work Matters

I have a “servants heart”, and also I am a worker “bee”. It is my mission to ensure that my clients receive the best service that I can provide. I like them to feel like that they are my only client, but I also set realistic expectations.

Fun Fact

I love to sing and Karaoke is my thing, although I am really shy and conservative! so, mostly in my car LOL
