Owning a home is a long-term commitment — and the financial decisions you make as a homeowner matter just as much as the ones you made to get there. AHCOPA's Homeownership Success Program is designed to help current homeowners protect their investment, manage costs, and build lasting financial stability.

Currently on Pause

This program is temporarily on hold while we make improvements to the curriculum and delivery. We're planning to relaunch in 2026 with updated workshops and resources.

Topics will include:

Real estate tax programs and exemptions
Escrow management
How to safely leverage your home's equity
Protecting yourself from predatory lending
Home repair and maintenance
Refinancing — when it makes sense and when it doesn't

Current homeowners who complete the workshop are eligible for free one-on-one budget counseling.
