AHCOPA Homebuyer Grant Info Session

Thanks to the support of HUD’s Community Project Funding AHCOPA is announcing the unveiling of the AHCOPA Homebuyer Grant, which will be launched on October 1, 2026.  Eligible households that are purchasing a property in either Philadelphia or Delaware Counties can receive $1,000 that can be used for either their down payment and/or closing costs.

The information session is designed to educate lenders and realtors to have them understand the eligibility requirements to have their clients take advantage the grant program.  Grant participants MUST receive & complete housing counseling through AHCOPA in order to be considered for the grant program prior signing a sales contract to purchase a home.
